When the prospect choses to speak to a live person (you or someone in your office) ShowMojo PHONE can hand the call of in one of two ways:

1. An auto-detect hand-off, where ShowMojo PHONE automatically detects whether the call was answered and hands the call off. (In this case, an "answer" would include a voice mail system or hold music.)
2. A human-only hand-off, where ShowMojo PHONE prompts the individual answering the phone to press 2 to accept the call.

Additionally, each call can be forwarded with one of two caller id options. The caller id can be either:

1. The actual caller id of the incoming call.
2. The phone number of one of the ShowMojo PHONE numbers on your account.

Each option can be configured on the Phone Settings page in the ShowMojo PHONE section.
