Frankly, we don't recommend this.
ShowMojo exists to automate your leasing process. ShowMojo's Listing Site Auto-Reply Emails are an integral part of the process and are therefore "hard wired" into ShowMojo's syndication activity. Stopping syndication and auto-reply emails, and thereby inhibiting ShowMojo's ability to collect and reply to your leads, reduces ShowMojo's value.
If you disable syndication then ShowMojo will generally act only after:
- You have manually entered showings through the ShowMojo Dashboard, or
- A prospect has somehow found your schedule-a-showing pages.
All features from the scheduled showing onward will work as advertised.
ShowMojo syndication can be disabled in the Listing Syndication section on the Listing Sites Settings page.
