The Ask Tenant Address screening question is not a mainstream feature, but it has some very significant uses, so we do make it available by default on most accounts.
This question is more commonly used:
- For maintenance, inspection, and other tenant-related appointments, when you already have all your managed units in ShowMojo.
- As an office-only question (or several office-only questions) for your staff to identify additional listings that might be of interest to the prospect. ShowMojo won’t do anything with this data, but it can be quite useful in some internal workflows.
Just to be clear, we don’t see a use for this question as part of regular pre-showing screening process. However, if you think you found a valuable use for it, please do share with us by Contacting ShowMojo Support.
