Take Imported Listings off the Market

The Normal, Automated Approach

Under normal circumstances, it is highly recommended that customers configure ShowMojo's off-market automation. These features with automatically off-market imported listings when they go off-market in the system from which they were imported. Additionally, ShowMojo can optionally cancel upcoming showings and redirect prospects to similar on-market properties (only within your account).

These features can be enabled and configured on the Import Settings page in the Off-Market Listing Automation section.

The Exception Case for an Individual Listing

Very occasionally, an imported listing might need to stay active in the system from which it was imported and be taken off market only within ShowMojo. This can be done from the Dashboard or the Listings page. (Note that this only applies to imported listings and not activity performed via the ShowMojo Listings Import API‍.

ShowMojo will remember this decision for 90 days. After 90 days, if the listing is still active in the system from which it has been imported, ShowMojo will put the listing back on the market.

ShowMojo provides a pop-up warning when you try to take an imported listing off the market. If you chose to continue, ShowMojo will then provide all the normal options to cancel upcoming showings for the listing.

Note that deleting an imported listing within ShowMojo will not accomplish this same result. If an imported listing is deleted, ShowMojo will simply recreate that deleted listing with a new version on the next import.
