Distribute the Inquiry Emails Received by ShowMojo

ShowMojo has multiple options to distribute the email inquiries it receives directly from Listing Sites or Forwarded from Other Sources to ShowMojo‍. 

You can determine this behavior on the Listing Sites Settings page in the External Lead Forwarding section. This includes an option that attempts to filter out inquires that were forwarded to ShowMojo (and that didn't come directly from listing sites).

Additionally, for Multi-User accounts, ShowMojo will forward leads to only the Account Owner or to all team members associated with a listing. This behavior follows the New leads that have yet to schedule a showing option in the Listings and Showings section on the Team Settings page. (Except, when primary agent option is selected the leads are also sent to other agents assigned to the listing.)

For the Shared User and Lead Claim account options, these inquiry emails are forwarded only to the Account Owner.

There is also an option in the External Lead Forwarding section to help ShowMojo correctly identify forwarded inquiries (versus those that the come directly from listing sites). Simply add the email addresses from which you send forwarded inquires. When inquiries are received from one of those email addresses, and forward the inquiry to me if it appears I did not receive it is selected, ShowMojo will act accordingly.
