Shackle Won't Latch on a VaultLOCKS eLockbox

The shackle on a VaultLOCKS eLockbox may not latch after using a code to open the shackle.

If you encounter this issue:

  1. Either via Bluetooth or with an access code, open the key compartment door on the lockbox. Doing this resets the shackle locking mechanism.
  2. Close the shackle.
  3. If the issue still persists, repeat steps 1 and 2.
  4. If unsuccessful, and the VaultLOCKS is within the one-year warranty period, you can submit a VaultLOCKS Repair/Replacement Form.
