When you start from the beginning, establishing a listing import from Rent Manager is a multi-step process. (We note this because it is not the normal case for a Listing Import Source).

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Within Rent Manager, complete the Initial Setup of the Rent Manager 12 Importer.
2. While strictly not required in every case, you will want to review the Listing Data Imported from Rent Manager 12 and potentially make some updates within Rent Manager.
3. Once you receive an email from ShowMojo that the Rent Manager API is available on your account, Locate the Rent Manager DBID for Listing Import. If there are multiple locations on your Rent Manager account, but sure that you know the exact name of the location you want to connect to.
4. Ensure your Rent Manager units are correctly set as on-market or off-market for ShowMojo. In most cases this means correctly setting the ShowMojo Status UDF for each listing.
5. Go to the Import Settings page, go to the Add a Listing Importer section, and set up the Rent Manager importer.
