ShowMojo syndicates to more than 50 rental listing sites, including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. ShowMojo automatically replies to any lead generated from these sites, as well as any other site to which ShowMojo syndicates. Additionally, ShowMojo replies to any leads forwarded to an account's Auto-Reply Email Address.
In the event that the prospective renter does not schedule a showing (nor reply to the email) within 24 hours, ShowMojo will automatically send a reminder email.
Prospect Contact Details
When ShowMojo receives any new emailed lead, the automation works to capture both the prospect's email address and phone number if they have been provided -- either directly on the email or from an externally linked source. ShowMojo will email and text the prospective renter with a link to the Schedule-a-Showing page for the desired listing. Occasionally this does mean that the email address associated with your prospect on the Dashboard will display the listing site's masked version which will redirect to the prospect's actual email address provided during their inquiry. Your prospect will be given the opportunity to update their contact details when they schedule.
Customizable Templates
The templates for these messages (the initial auto-reply email, the initial text message, and the reminder email) can be customized on the Listing Sites Settings page. This includes individual templates for:
- The auto-reply text message.
- The initial auto-reply email.
- The 24-hour follow-up email.
- The off-market auto-reply email.
This templates include placeholders with lots of elements you can include in your email templates, such as:
- A Photo Tile of the listing that includes the address and rent.
- Schedule-a-showing and listings gallery buttons.
- A Watch Video Tour button that links to listing-specific videos.
- An Other Places You Might Like section that includes photo tiles of up to six similar listings from your on-market offerings.

- There are several options available to Distribute the Inquiry Emails Received by ShowMojo, especially for Multi-User accounts.
- ShowMojo does not read nor respond to specific questions that prospect may ask within the inquiry emails. To review and answer individual prospect questions, you can have these inquiries forwarded to you and your team.
