Emails from ShowMojo Not Being Received

ShowMojo takes significant effort to ensure that emails from the platform are received by prospects and customers. Emails that cannot be located are almost always the result of one of two scenarios.

The more likely scenario is related to bulk mail and junk folders. While not common, ShowMojo emails can end up in these folders. Anyone looking for an errant email from ShowMojo should check one of these two folders in their mail system.

Much less likely is a one calendar day time-out for questionable behavior. This builds on a best practice utilized by most third-party systems that focus on email deliverability (ShowMojo contracts with one of those companies). "Questionable behavior" includes misconfigured email systems and the recipient explicitly marking an email from ShowMojo as spam. This automatically triggers a time-out on messages to that email address until the next calendar day.
