In the rare case where you want to reduce the chances your prospective renters provide feedback, you can do so by removing links to your schedule-a-showing pages in your Automatic Post-Showing Follow Up emails and text messages.

At this time, there is no way to completely disable post-showing feedback. It is worth noting that showing feedback is not shared with any individuals or entities without your specific direction (such as, via Listing Activity Reports being sent automatically to owners).
