Listing Not Appearing on Zumper

If you have more than five on-market listings, and you do not have a paid agreement with Zumper, then ensure you are Using Max Listing Rotation to Make the Most of Zumper‍.

After that:

  1. If your listing is not appearing on Zumper's search results, but the ad is published on Zumper, it's possible that your listing has been temporarily removed from search. Zumper will periodically restrict listings in order to allow nearby listings to also generate leads. These restrictions are removed at the beginning of the next month.
  2. Zumper will not post listings from communities with 50 or more units without a paid agreement. You can use our Configure Syndication With Paid Services article for help linking your ShowMojo feed once your Zumper account is setup.
  3. Zumper considers Boston, Chicago, and New York City non-served locations and requires a paid agreement for your listings to be posted in these cities.

If you believe that you have one or more listings that are not syndicating to Zumper and the listing(s) don't meet these conditions, we would recommend reviewing our general troubleshooting for common issues that would lead to a Listing Not Appearing on an Internet Listing Site.
