A Prospect Scheduled a Showing with Less Than the Required Income

The income Screening Question Restrictor will disallow prospects from scheduling when they declare an income less than the requirement.

If you believe you have a case where the showing was allowed based on income but should not have been, please check the following:

  1. Go to the Screening Questions section on the General Settings page, select the correct questionnaire, and look for an "Ask About Income" button below the list of screening questions. If the button is there, then the income question is not on the questionnaire, and this would be the cause of the issue. (Note that there could be a custom dropdown question present that asks about income, but this custom dropdown question will not have the same behavior as the income screening question.)
  2. If the "Ask About Income" question is on the questionnaire, is it set to Required? If not, the prospect does not have to provide an answer to schedule a showing.
  3. If the "Allow showings with" option is set to "any income" then the prospect will be allowed to schedule a showing no matter the answer.
  4. In the specific case being researched, is the prospect's answer within 10 percent of the requirement? The income restrictor does allow for a 10 percent buffer, so edge cases are not disqualified without review.

NOTE: The income screening question is not available in ShowMojo CLASSIC.
