ShowMojo attempts to recognize listing details, such as housing type during automated import updates.
For systems that have non-editable housing types (Buildium and AppFolio, for example) ShowMojo already maps the types automatically. However the following options are available to overcome shortcoming in those systems:
- Specify Apartment, Condo, Townhouse or Commercial on Listing Imported from AppFolio
- Utilizing the Housing Type Field Options Available in Buildium
For systems where the housing type is editable (and specifiable by the user) you're housing types will need to exactly match this list of ShowMojo housing types:
- Apartment
- Condo
- Townhouse
- Single family house
- Bedroom (co-living)
- Commercial
- Land
ShowMojo will then correctly read and interpret this listing housing type.
