Each individual Listing Import Source can be configured to import listings into a ShowMojo account, based on either:

• A minimum rent: Useful for filtering out parking spaces or storage units that might also be included in the feed.
• The state in which the listing is located: Used to remove listings that belong to offices located in other regions.

To use this feature:

1. Go to the Additional Settings section on the Listing Import Settings page.
2. Update the option to filter on specific states and monthly rent.
3. Scroll up to the section for the specific importer and click Edit on that section.
4. Update the dropdown associated with either of the filters.
