A New Team Member Receives an Invalid Token Error

New ShowMojo team members receive a user registration email that includes a link to change their password and access their account. If the new user follows this link and receives an "Invalid Token" error, then follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the Team Settings page and click Edit on the Multi-User Options section.
  2. Locate the team member and click the resend login details link to the right of the team member.
  3. Ask the new user to ensure they are not logged into ShowMojo on their browser. If the user is logged into ShowMojo on their browser, ask them to log out.
  4. Ask the new user to open the new user registration email and try the link.
  5. In the unlikely scenario the previous step does not work, ask the new user to repeat the same steps in a different browser.
