On Microsoft Windows

Follow these steps.

1. Locate the icon on your Desktop that you use to launch Rent Manger. 
2. Context click on the icon (a "context" click is the secondary mouse or trackpad button -- the one you do not usually use). 
3. Click Edit on the menu that appears. 
4. In the popup, copy the text in the Computer field.

On Apple Mac OS X

Follow these steps.

1. Launch Microsoft Remote Desktop.
2. Context click on the "Desktop" row you use to launch Rent Manger (a "context" click is a two-finger tap on the trackpad or the secondary mouse button -- the one you do not usually use).
3. Click Edit on the menu that appears. 
4. In the popup, copy the text in the PC Name field.
