If you haven't already, we would recommend reviewing our MojoBox Quick Start Guide article as well as how to use MojoBox Access Codes and Access Options.

1. Test the Bluetooth unlock feature from the ShowMojo Mobile App. Ensure that you complete this test first, as it will complete some necessary behind-the-scenes configuration steps for your MojoBox. As a reminder, you must first press any number on the keypad to wake up the MojoBox prior to connecting via Bluetooth.
2. From the mobile app, request a one-hour code for the current hour.
3. Test that code from the keypad to unlock the MojoBox.
4. We also would recommend testing the different access code types from the ShowMojo mobile app or from the Digital Access Report.
