Leads and showings can be searched and found on the ShowMojo Dashboard until they are six months old. To search for prospects, see the Search for and Review History on a Lead or Showing article.
All leads and showings on an account, no matter how old, can be found on the Detail Prospect Data Report.
The one exception is for leads and showings belonging to deleted listings. When a listing is deleted, its leads and showings are no longer available.
