On new accounts, all Propose Showtimes functionality is disabled by default.
However, if your prospects have somehow found the ability to email you with three proposed showtimes, then either (1) some version of the feature has been enabled or (2) you have a ShowMojo account created when propose showtimes was the default option when a listing has no availability.
Here is how you confirm the propose showtimes feature is entirely disabled on your account:
- Go to the Schedule Settings page and locate the No Availability section. Ensure that the propose showtimes option is not selected as the account fallback.
- Go to the Calendar page and locate the "prospects can propose three alternate showtimes" setting in the Options section. Ensure that it is set to "cannot".
- Repeat step 2 for each calendar on the account.
