ShowMojo's scheduling functionality is built from a set-it-and-forget-it perspective. That is, you (1) create one or more calendars, (2) set your weekly showing schedule, (3) connect your Google or Outlook calendar to block out busy times, and (4) don't spend much time looking back.

However, if you are one of those rare people who -- for whatever reason -- cannot maintain any manner of regular weekly showing availability, then you are reading the correct article.

If your availability for showings changes radically every week (but you can have a schedule each week) simply:

1. Go to your Calendar page (for each calendar you maintain).
2. Go to the Availability section.
3. Click Edit under the subsection On these dates I am available at different times.
4. Build and maintain your availability date-by-date (and week-by-week) in that subsection.
