Google or Outlook Calendar Integration Not Switching to a New Email Address or Account

Sometimes switching ShowMojo's calendar integration from one Google or Outlook Calendar account to another can be a little tricky. That's because Google and Outlook will try to connect you to whatever account you are currently logged into in your browser. 

Follow these steps for Google Calendar to make sure you get it right. (For Outlook, you should be able to identify similar steps.)

  1. Browse to Google.com.
  2. Check in the upper right of your screen to see if you are logged in. If you are logged into Google, log out.
  3. Browse to your ShowMojo Schedule Settings page.
  4. Disconnect the current calendar integration (if you need to).
  5. Click Connect Google Calendar.
  6. You'll now see a Google login screen. Be sure to log in with the credentials of the Google account you want to connect to.

That's it. Proceed as normal from here.
