For some showings, ShowMojo authenticates a prospect's identity with their credit card information and then immediately and securely discards that data. The credit card data is never shared with the property owner or manager represented by ShowMojo. ShowMojo has absolutely no access to a prospect's credit card information the moment after the showing is scheduled.

Occasionally the prospect's financial institution will display a $0.50 authorization on their card. This is not a real charge and it will disappear in a matter of days, with no deduction from the account.
