Buildium will provide three options for unit types. ShowMojo receives this information in your import feed and attempts to categorize them in commonly accepted types for use in syndication.
Single Family - ShowMojo will syndicate these listings as Single Family House
Multi-Family - ShowMojo will syndicate these listings as Apartment
Condo/Townhome - ShowMojo will syndicate these listings as Townhome
At this time, Buildium does not allow for additional unit types to be specified. You can confirm the unit type that ShowMojo is syndicating with by checking the Essentials section of your Listings.
As a reminder, making manual changes within ShowMojo to the unit type will be overwritten each time your automatic import happens.
