First, Locate Your ShowMojo PHONE Number and Auto-Reply Email Address.

Next, log in to Buildium. 

In Buildium, you will first need to update the default leasing contact for all new on-market listings.

1. Click Leasing near the top left, then click Listings in the dropdown menu.
2. Click Listing Settings on the right.
3. Make sure the default contact for all listings is set to both your ShowMojo email auto-reply address and your ShowMojo PHONE number.
4. Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page.

Then, in Buildium, you will need to update your current on-market listings. 

This is done within Buildium from the Listings page that you should still be on, within the Listed Units section. Be sure to be filtered on "All rentals". Then, for each row under Listed Units:

1. Click on the row.
2. Click Edit listing on the right.
3. In the Contact dropdown, select the default contact you created with your ShowMojo contact information.
4. Click Update listing.
5. Click your browser back button to return to the Listed Units section.
6. Repeat the above steps until you have updated every row.
