When someone calls ShowMojo PHONE and hangs up without taking any action, ShowMojo does not count this as a lead. Additionally, ShowMojo does try to match inquiries from the same phone number to leads that already exist on the account, based on interest in the same listing.

The following cases will always result in a new lead in ShowMojo:

• A caller who requests a schedule-a-showing link on a listing to which they have not already inquired.
• A caller who requests a listing gallery link when they do not already have a general inquiry (a lead without a listing) in ShowMojo.
• A caller who leaves a voice mail.
• A caller who requests to speak to a live person.

Calls that trigger the Late Showing Intercept feature do not count as additional leads.
