ShowMojo's Live Answer service is pretty amazing, but we really don't want to over-promise about what it can do. Here's some things Live Answer does not do today:

1. Help the prospect find a place. In this case, an agent will send the prospect a link, so they can find the place their interested in.
2. Read all the details and highlights about the place. The agent has access to the listing details and only the first 300 words from the listing highlights. The agent can answer questions based on that. But if the prospect would like more information, the agent will either send a link to the prospect or send a question to you.
3. Help with accessing a listing secured with a lockbox.
