It's possible to have ShowMojo ignore listings that are labeled with the Bedroom (co-living) unit type when importing your listings from Appfolio, while still importing all other listing types. 

After your Appfolio import source is setup within ShowMojo, navigate to the Listing Import Settings and click edit on the Appfolio Import section. You can then choose to have ShowMojo exclude listings with the Bedroom (co-living) housing type from there.
