Initial Setup of Yardi Voyager

ShowMojo is setup to integrate with Yardi Voyager after a few simple configuration steps. Yardi Voyager integration has a $150.00 / month API access fee after the first three months of use.

Before integration can be completed, we would suggest reviewing the Interface Setup Guide posted on the Client Central portal or reaching out to your Yardi Account Manager to 1) determine if you have the correct Interface Plug-in versions to allow for a successful listing import and 2) assist in the creation of an Interface User that will allow ShowMojo to gain access to the "web service" needed for integration.

Customers will need to be on the following Plug-ins or later versions:

  • Voyager 7S with Interfaces Plug-in v82
  • Interfaces ILS Guest Card Plug-inv113
  • Resident Data Plv6 or higher

Or

  • 60082 with Interfaces Plug-in v21
  • Interfaces ILS Guest Card Pug-in v11
  • Resident Data Plv3.1

After you have established that the correct plug-ins are setup, ShowMojo will require the following account credentials to access and transfer data into Yardi:

  • Voyager URL used for login
  • Voyager Interface Username and Password
  • SQL Server name
  • Database name

Before you can finish setup, you will need to setup a unique ShowMojo amenity to signal which listings should be imported, confirm correct mapping for Yardi Voyager, as well as determine if you will be using the RentCafe API for marketing details.
