ShowMojo offers a special Three-Year Extended Warranty against manufacturer's workmanship and defects for each MojoLock. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the MojoLock only and does not include reimbursement for the installation of the replacement lock, locksmith costs, or any other expenses.
Please note that the warranty is void in the following situations:
- The customer is no longer a ShowMojo customer.
- The MojoLock is removed from the ShowMojo account.
- When the MojoLock is moved more than twice from one listing to another. MojoLocks, like any deadbolt, are meant to be installed and remain in one place.
- When the MojoLock is damaged due to the negligent actions of a prospect, tenant, or other person.
