Add a New MojoBox to Your Account

Adding a new MojoBox to your account is super simple. First, download the ShowMojo app:

Press the menu icon in the top right of the mobile app and select Add a Lock and follow the steps. Your MojoBox will be available in your ShowMojo account just like any other digital access device.

If your device has an issue seeing or connecting to the lock, check these possible causes:

  • Ensure you are pressing any number on the keypad to activate the Bluetooth feature
  • Ensure your mobile device has the Bluetooth turned ON
  • Confirm you are using an iOS or Android version at or above the ones listed here in this article.

Additionally, please take note that:

  • ShowMojo customers can log in only to the ShowMojo apps. There are MojoLock apps (with less functionality) but those are restricted to non-ShowMojo users.
