Use PetScreening.com to screen prospects with pets. It is free to you and costs a reasonable fee for the prospective renter. There's even an integration into ShowMojo that lets you distribute PetScreening links right from the Dashboard.

Once you are a PetScreening customer, you can enable the integration in ShowMojo by following these steps:

1. Go to the Rental Application Settings page.
2. Scroll down to the PetScreening.com Integration section and click Edit.
3. Add your PetScreening.com referral link.
4. Click Save.

To send a PetScreening.com link to a prospect:

1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Locate and click Edit on the appropriate lead or showing.
3. In the pop-over that appears, click the Send Pet Screening link in the upper right.

ShowMojo sends the link to the prospect by both email and text message.
