Notification When a Prospect Reschedules or Cancels a Showing

Whenever a prospect reschedules or cancels a showing, ShowMojo will immediately notify you by email. These updates are also immediately available on your Dashboard. Finally, the updates are automatically pushed to any connected third-party calendars.

ShowMojo can also send a Text Message Alert on last-minute showing cancelations. To configure this:

  1. Go to the Showing Confirmation section on the Schedule Settings page.
  2. Update the setting to "send a text message when a showing cancels less than two hours before the showtime and there are no other showings on that showtime."
