Our single-family billing plans are designed with three tiers that include unlimited users, unlimited off-market listings, and unlimited leads (with a soft cap of 200 leads per listing) each month.

These plans are priced according to the number of max concurrent, on-market listings that you have each month with a set cost for any on-market listing above the maximum total on any given day during the billing cycle.
