Default digital access device behaviors can be configured on the Listings Settings page in the Lockbox and Smartlock Defaults section.
The specific settings are described in the Options Available for Lockboxes and Prospect Self Showings article.
Please note that these are only default settings for new listings. This will not alter the settings for existing listings.
