This article helps investigate (and when necessary, correct) when one or more prospects are not receiving access codes for showings scheduled on a listing with a digital lockbox.
Follow these steps:
- Locate the appropriate listing on the Listings page.
- Scroll down to the Listings Options section and click Edit.
- If the "Lockbox code distribution" option is set to disabled then you have found the issue. You will need to enable the "Lockbox code distribution" option to work with a digital lockbox.
- If you expect only lockbox showings on the listing, then check whether the digital lockbox will be used by "prospects to schedule either lockbox or in person showings". If this is the case, then you have found your issue. You should update this setting to "for prospects to schedule only lockbox showings".
