ShowMojo supports for sale listings. 

Additionally, listings can be created within ShowMojo for scheduling activities not associated with rentals or sales. Examples of these activities include: lease signings, property walks, maintenance appointments and more.

For sale listings are supported by ShowMojo PHONE.

Create a For Sale or Not Real Estate Listing

Creating one of these listings is very similar to creating a normal listing.

1. Go to the Listings page.
2. In the upper right, click New Listing.
3. In the essentials section, indicate that the listing is for sale or not real estate.
4. Continue filling out information for the new listing.

Marketing and Scheduling

Here's how to:

• Include Sales (and Other Non-Rental) Listings in the Listing Gallery.
• Obtain a Schedule-a-Showing Button Link for an Individual Sales Listing.
• Obtain a Third-Party Agent Scheduling Link for a Sales Listing.

Special Behavior and Settings

It is important to note that for sale and non real estate listings are not included in some activities:

• There is no syndication of these non-rental listings.
• Feedback surveys are not made available for these listings.

Finally, the following two settings can be found in the Listing Options section on the listings page. While available for any listing, they can be particularly useful for non-rental listings:

1. Do not send confirmation requests for each showing.
2. Do not send follow-up messaging after each showing.
