It has been a dilemma right from the beginning. What to do when a listing has no available showtimes. We've learned there's no right answer. So each ShowMojo account can be configured to behave one of three ways:
- Contact Later: The prospect submits their information, is screened, and is then automatically emailed when showtimes become available.
- Propose Showtimes: Each prospect can propose three times on three different days when he or she would be available for the showing.
- No Showtimes Available: A custom message that you provide. The default is: "No showtimes available. Please check back soon."
New accounts default to the contact later behavior.
You select and customize the no availability behavior in the No Availability section on the Schedule Settings page.
