On the ShowMojo Dashboard, when viewing the Leads filter, you can sometimes (and sometimes often) find leads with "No Name". 

These are incoming phone calls from prospects that ShowMojo PHONE has answered and responded to, but the prospect has yet to take any additional step (such as scheduled a showing). Therefore, ShowMojo displays the phone number associated with the lead (as well as a voicemail recording when there is one) but also "No Name".

It's possible to disable receiving email alerts for these leads by having an Administrator navigate to the Emails and Alerts section in General Settings and toggling off the option "New lead from anywhere else (and listing site leads that perform another meaningful activity)."
