Accounts with a Rent Manager 12 listing import configured can also export leads captured through ShowMojo back into Rent Manager.

This feature can be configured on the Import Settings page, in the Rent Manager Import section. This feature will not be activated unless your team has set ShowMojo to automatically import listings from Rent Manager.

Exported leads can be found within Rent Manager on the Home page within the Prospects tab.

Exported data includes:

• Name, phone, email and showtime.
• Answers to screening questions.
• Showing updates such as reschedules and cancelations are also reflected in the exported data.
• Assigned showing agent.

Additionally, prospects can be automatically flagged as Lost.

Your team can also have showing data exported to your Rent Manager Calendar. ShowMojo will rely on the listing contact details that are provided on the listing to determine which calendar each showing is visible on. Please note, availability for showtimes will still need to be configured in your ShowMojo Calendar.
