In addition to Notifying Tenants and Others about Upcoming Showings, ShowMojo can automatically notify tenants about canceled showings.

When a showing is canceled within 36 hours prior to the scheduled showing, and there are no other showings at that time, ShowMojo can notify the occupant. You can find this in Listings page under Showing Notification section. The setting, ShowMojo [will]/[will not] notify individuals when a scheduled showing is canceled within 36 hours of the showing and there are no other showings at that time, controls this behavior.

This feature is available on a listing-by-listing basis.
