Sometimes the question arises whether one showing -- or a number of showings -- are being canceled by the prospect(s) or by the showing agent(s).

To determine who canceled a specific showing (or to review who is canceling showings in general) just follow these steps:

1. Go to the ShowMojo Dashboard.
2. Click on the Canceled filter.
3. Locate the specific showing in question (or any showing).
4. Without clicking anything on the specific showing record you can see information such as "Canceled by ShowMojo", "Canceled by You" and "SMS cancel received" (from the prospect).
5. To get more details on why a cancel occurred (such as why ShowMojo might have canceled the showing or Rejected the Showing) click History on a specific showing record.
