Zillow will consider exceptional cases, such as a single listing where the unit owner has no other interest in the building. If that's your case, please Contact ShowMojo Support‍ with:

• The listing address
• A clear statement that the unit owner (you, or your client) owns only the single unit
• A clear statement that the unit owner does no have an ownership stake in the building, itself.

We will forward this communication along to Zillow on your behalf.

For all other cases, Zillow requires a special paid agreement for owners and managers of buildings with more than 50 rental units. To learn more about Zillow's paid listing program, you can reach out to Zillow at rentalfeedinquiries@zillowgroup.com. Once you have established this agreement, Contact ShowMojo Support and we will activate the specialized feed on your account. Once this is added, you can set up your Zillow Multi-Unit Feed within ShowMojo.
