Listing Not Appearing on Apartments.com

If one of your listings is not appearing on Apartments.com, here's the set of steps to follow in order to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check to confirm if the listing address in ShowMojo can be found in Google Maps, Bing Maps, or the USPS address lookup. If not, Apartments.com will not list it.
  2. Apartments.com also rejects listings that are not marketed with an agent name. If you are a single user account, ensure that a person's name is listed as the Agent Name in ShowMojo under the Contact Information section in Gallery and Branding Settings. Listings with company information, and not a reference to an individual person, will not be syndicated. For more information, refer to our article about How Details Are Viewed By Prospective Renters.
  3. Only single-family listings are published on Apartments.com without a direct paid agreement. Multi-family listings will require a paid agreement. Please refer to our article on how to Configure Syndication With Paid Services
  4. Apartments.com only publishes syndicated listings from the United States.
  5. If you are operating as a locator service or regularly market non-exclusive listings, Apartments.com has disallowed these listings from being made available for syndication.
