When using Drivers License and Document Verification for one reason or another you may chose to approve a showing without receiving a document. To do this:

1. Go to your ShowMojo Dashboard.
2. Locate the showing.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Approve without Documents.

If there is no Approve without Documents link, then close out of the Edit Showing window and look again at the showing record in the Dashboard. There should be a confirmation status message, such as Confirmation Scheduled at. If this is the case, do not do anything additional (and definitely do not manually confirm the showing). The showing will proceed as normal and the prospect will be asked to confirm.

If you are wondering why document verification is not required on the showing, there are several possibilities. One common reason is that the prospect's document was already approved on another showing within the last 30 days. You can also check the Showing History to see if there are additional details there.
