ShowMojo gives users the ability to restrict non-mobile phone numbers from scheduling self-showings. This will prevent your prospects from using landlines or VOIP services, such as Google Voice, which may help Defend Your Company Against Self-Show Opportunists. 

This restriction does not simply make it more difficult to schedule fraudulent showings. When it comes to local scams, you also have a traceable mobile number to take to the police.

By default, this feature is automatically enabled on all accounts. 

You can review and control this feature in the Showing Qualification Settings in the Identity Verification section.

Here's some additional details on this mobile-only restriction:

• It applies both when the prospect attempts to schedule the showing and when the prospect attempts to edit the showing.
• It does not apply to in-person showings.
• It does not apply to showings that are scheduled or updated manually from the Dashboard by a showing agent or through ShowMojo's Live Answer service.
