Promote a Team Member to Be an Account Owner (and Demote the Account Owner)

Multi-User accounts have a capability to easily replace the account owner with an existing team member. The two users that are swapping roles each retain their assigned calendars, showings and other settings.

This feature would be used when an existing team member (with past ShowMojo activity) is taking over ownership of the ShowMojo account.

To change the account owner:

  1. Go to the General Settings page.
  2. Locate the Account Settings section.
  3. Click Change Account Owner.
  4. Follow the directions from there.

Note: When updating or switching owners, ensure that the "Agent name" field from the Contact Information section in the Gallery and Branding Settings page is filled out correctly. Failure to include this information may result in issues during the update or owner switch process.
