The shackle on a VaultLOCKS eLockbox may not latch after using a code to open the shackle.
If you encounter this issue:
- Either via Bluetooth or with an access code, open the key compartment door on the lockbox. Doing this resets the shackle locking mechanism.
- Close the shackle.
- If the issue still persists, repeat steps 1 and 2.
- If unsuccessful, and the VaultLOCKS is within the one-year warranty period, you can submit a VaultLOCKS Repair/Replacement Form.
