Older versions of VaultLOCKS eLockboxes had a key tray that, while certainly sufficient, could be mis-used by prospects. VaultLOCKS has developed a new key tray for their eLockboxes to resolve this issue. The new key tray looks like this:
If you are having issues with keys being left incorrectly in the eLockbox, and you:
- Do not have the new key tray, then please Contact ShowMojo Support and tell us how many eLockboxes you have with the old tray cover -- so we can ship you new ones.
- Do have the new key tray, then please Contact ShowMojo Support and tell us as much as you can about the issue. VaultLOCKS has specifically requested to be informed about any additional issues.
