Overview

Here’s the main highlights of ShowMojo’s AppFolio Integration:

• Near-real-time, fully-automated import of on-market listings from AppFolio to ShowMojo.
• Rent change and off-market action flows from AppFolio that trigger automated scheduling, prospect nurturing, and marketing automation workflows in ShowMojo.
• Near-real-time updates of all other listing data from AppFolio to ShowMojo.
• Current resident details are transferred from AppFolio to ShowMojo, automatically triggering showing notifications to those residents.*
• Owner details are transferred from AppFolio to ShowMojo, automatically triggering weekly listing activity reports to those owners.*
• ShowMojo-generated leads are automatically pushed to AppFolio as guest cards, for use in reports and other activities.*
• ShowMojo-generated showings are automatically pushed to and updated on the AppFolio calendar.*

All bullets above with an asterisk are new features not available in the legacy listing importer for AppFolio. The integration is also much more frequent than the legacy importer, syncing every ten minutes instead of every four hours.

AppFolio Integration Setup

ShowMojo is available in the AppFolio Stack™ Marketplace. So you'll start this activity there.

1. From the top right menu navigate to Add Functionality then Integrations. This will take you to the Stack Marketplace.
2. If you have not signed up for AppFolio Stack Premium, you can do this at the top of the page. This must be done by a presidential user. (If you have questions on plans and pricing, you'll need to take those to AppFolio support.)
3. Navigate to ShowMojo, select which property groups you would like to share (or all properties) and select Enable.
4. ShowMojo will be alerted when a new connection is enabled. We will add the feature to your account and let you know when it is ready for you to configure the additional settings.

If your account used an AppFolio importer prior to enabling the new integration, that legacy importer will be replaced with the new AppFolio Integration.
