MojoLocks can be left on a home after the home is sold or after the owner ends a property management contract.

Since the lock has a keyed cylinder, it can be used like any other lock.

Additionally, for a one-time fee, one or more MojoLocks can be transferred to a home owner. The MojoLocks need to have been purchased at least six months in the past. The owner will gain sole access to all of the MojoLock features from their own MojoAccess mobile app account. The cost for this service is:

• $19 for the first transferred MojoLock.
• $5 for each additional MojoLock transferred to the same owner at the same time.

Of course, MojoLocks can also be transferred from one ShowMojo account to another without a fee.
